Join us for one of Hidden Brook’s favorite traditions — our annual Shoot & Shuck, a day built around great shooting, good food, and unforgettable moments with friends.
The event begins on our scenic clays course with 100 targets. Guests will sign in at the clubhouse, gather their team mates or be squadded, then head out onto the course between 11:00 and 12:00.
Once shooting wraps up, everyone gathers for a good ole Southern oyster roast (Steamed | Raw | Garlic Butter Oysters), grilled chicken thighs, coleslaw, boiled red potatoes with herb butter, complete with cold beverages. Top it all off with a luscious dessert! It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day on the course.
If you don’t want to shoot – just come for the food, music and fun!
We’ll keep the good times rolling with live music from Jeff Brown, creating an atmosphere that’s relaxed, lively, and unmistakably Hidden Brook. Two Boros Beer Truck and Tobacco Sticks Mobile Cigars will also be on-site, offering beer, bourbon and premium cigars available for purchase.
Come for the shooting, stay for the shucking, and enjoy a day that brings together the very best of sport, food, and community.
