Half-Day & Full-Day Events
The following rates are for private half-day & full-day Sporting Clays Events at Hidden Brook Sporting Club. The package includes rental of the Welcome building, a 100-person party tent, and a cleaning fee. Tables and chairs are extra, as are porta johns and additional rental carts if required, determined by the number of people. The facility rental fee must be paid at booking and is non-refunded if canceled with less than 60 days’ notice. Eight teams or more constitute a large private event.
Facility Rental Rates
- Half Day: $2,400 (Weekdays) $4,700 (Weekends) | 9:30AM - 1:30PM
- Full Day: $4,800 (Weekdays only) | 10:00AM - 5:00PM
- 100 targets/person (4-person team) - $450
Includes: 100 Sporting Clays per person, Flurry, and up to 2 cases (20 boxes) of 12- or 20-gauge ammo. Clays beyond 480 per team will be charged at the non-member rate.
- 50 targets/person (4-person team) - $300
Includes: 50 Sporting Clays per person, Flurry, and up to 12 boxes of 12- or 20-gauge ammo. Clays beyond 280 per team will be charged at the non-member rate. Limited carts available. Check availability and options.
Lunch Options
- We offer several caterers to choose from, including Food Trucks. We will schedule your selected caterer to provide lunch for your event, with rates varying per person based on lunch options. Please ask to see our catering and Food Truck menu.
- A $3 per person surcharge applies for bringing your own caterer to Hidden Brook Sporting Club.
- A $500 deposit must be paid at caterer selection and is non-refunded if canceled with less than 60 days’ notice. $100 of that will stay in-house for our food coordination.
